The future of business events is being rewritten by those bold enough to innovate. Convene 4 Climate is launching a global competition to highlight and champion real world solutions which are actively driving global change across the entire value chain for the Business Events Industry.
We are seeking new models, technologies, and approaches that can scale impact and drive long-lasting sustainable transformation across the Business Events Industry.
We will also be recognising and celebrating those organisations and individuals who are transforming how events are designed, delivered, and experienced – reshaping the role of business events in creating lasting social and environmental value.
It’s free to enter and open to both individuals and global industries around the world.
The awards celebrate pioneers who are not just improving events but fundamentally changing how the industry operates. Whether through human-centred design that shifts behaviours and fosters inclusion, or scalable solutions that reduce environmental impact, the focus is on proven innovations that can inspire and accelerate transformation across the entire ecosystem.
It’s an opportunity to showcase what’s possible when creativity, purpose, and execution come together.
The closing date for all entries is Tuesday, 30th June.
More than an accolade, the C4C Global Awards can create a platform for leadership, collaboration, and legacy—spotlighting those who are setting new benchmarks and helping the industry evolve into a powerful driver of sustainable change.
The finalists will be invited to Lisbon to pitch their ideas to a live audience. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on the same day and will be flown to Miami to present their solutions at Convening Leaders in January 2027.
Convening Leaders is a flagship global event – previous keynotes at this event have included Bill Clinton, Amal Clooney and this year, Trevor Noah.
Shortlisted applicants invited to Lisbon will receive a complimentary ticket to Convene 4 Climate, but will be responsible for covering their own travel and hotel expenses.
The Global Awards Winners will have their Airline tickets covered to attend Convening Leaders 2027 in Miami. The winners will be flown by United Airlines only and PCMA will book their tickets on their behalf. The airline tickets will be covered for one person per winning entry only. Where a team entry is submitted, one individual must be nominated to receive the travel prize and attend the event in Miami.
Complimentary access to Convening Leaders 2027 in Miami will be provided for the winners’ presentation day only.
Winners will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own hotel accommodation and any additional expenses incurred while attending Convening Leaders 2027 in Miami.
