Reda Bendjebbour C4C Global Awards finalist

Reda Bendjebbour is Quality and CSR Director at TOSEVENTS, an ISO 20121-certified event catering group bringing together five brands, including La Truffe Noire and Maison Giry.

Alongside Patrice Knecht, Managing Director of La Fine Fourchette, Reda leads the Group’s inclusion strategy. Patrice’s 17 years of experience in workforce inclusion have played a pivotal role in shaping both the initiative and Reda’s own approach to leadership. Through their collaboration, Patrice became a mentor whose commitment to creating meaningful employment opportunities has deeply influenced Reda’s vision of responsible business.

At TOSEVENTS, that vision translates into action. The Group creates pathways to employment for people facing barriers to the workforce, including individuals with disabilities, through work immersion, apprenticeship and work-study programs, and permanent employment opportunities. From adapting roles and building skills to fostering an inclusive workplace culture, inclusion is not treated as a stand-alone initiative—it is embedded in the way the Group recruits, develops, and supports its people.

Through this approach, Reda and his colleagues are demonstrating that workforce inclusion should not be limited to specialized organizations. They believe every business has a role to play in making inclusion a core part of its employment practices and corporate responsibility.
