Convene 4 Climate (C4C) 26 — presented by PCMA, the Strategic Alliance of National Convention Bureaus of Europe (SANCBE), and a network of committed collaborators — is where innovation meets industry expertise to address the defining challenges of our time.
C4C brings together thought leaders, changemakers, and innovators from across the Business Events sector and beyond to:

• Design practical, scalable strategies to strengthen our industry’s positive impact.
Launched in 2024, C4C has already shown the industry’s appetite for transformation. Our research and conversations reveal that organisations are eager to rally their teams, explore new business models, and adopt strategies that enable them to thrive — while delivering lasting value.

WHY LISBON
ACCOMMODATION
Participants of Convene 4 Climate in Lisbon will have the option to choose a selection of hotel experiences at special rates.
The official hotels are Tivoli Oriente, Melia Oriente, Moxy Oriente, Myriad Sana and VIP Arts Hotels. We are grateful to our Host Partner Leading, who are providing the online accommodation booking platform and support team. Registered participants can therefore book accommodation using the accommodation platform.
Hotels located a little further from the event venue, including Doubletree Hilton Lisbon and Lisbon Marriott should be booked directly with the properties.
*Note: Rates don’t include city tax, to be paid directly at the hotel during check-in (€4 per person/night).
Once registered to C4C26, you will receive additional information to secure discounted accommodation and travel options to make your journey to C4C as seamless as possible.
