Francesco Semeraro is co-founder and CEO of Voltaage, whose Agentic GIS decision engine plans and manages infrastructure across 2,603 cities in France and Italy, covering 5,100+ charging points and 5 million citizens.

At Convene 4 Climate he brings that engine to business events, treating an event as a living territory: AI agents model how attendees travel in and how the event is supplied, computing and minimising its carbon footprint in real time, rather than estimating and offsetting it afterwards. Before founding Voltaage in 2021, Francesco led AI and IoT programmes for the automotive industry at Accenture FJORD Design in Paris, Detroit and Abu Dhabi. He holds an MSc in Global Business Finance from EDHEC Business School.
