Kaspar Arianto is Director of Communications & Corporate Affairs at Bella Center Copenhagen, Scandinavia’s leading congress and events venue, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025. 

For more than a decade, Kaspar has worked at the intersection of strategic communications and sustainability, primarily within the Danish and international food industry. Since joining Bellagroup in 2022, he has led strategic communications across corporate affairs, sustainability and brand reputation, with a particular focus on communicating Bella Center Copenhagen’s ESG journey. 

Working closely with the company’s Director of Sustainability, Frida Ulrik-Petersen, who will also be present at Convene 4 Climate 2026, Kaspar helps develop and communicate ESG reports, climate ambitions and sustainability initiatives across a broad stakeholder landscape, engaging everyone from industry associations, business and trade media to local communities, clients and international congress organisers. 

With a background in journalism, comparative literature, and corporate communications, Kaspar is passionate about translating complex sustainability strategies into clear, engaging stories that inspire action and strengthen trust. His work focuses on making sustainability relevant, transparent, and accessible to both decision-makers and the wider public.
